I don't want to bore you with theories, and truth be told, even though I was just doing a research paper on typography in political websites, there are little established theory on web typography. However, the thing about art is, it's always better to show than to tell.
Feel Script, designed by Alejandro Paul, is one of the most gorgeous fonts I've come cross this year. And here's some promotion pictures, if this font can't seduce you, I don't know what can =)
