Over-Ornamented Architecture?
Is there such a thing as over-ornamented architecture? If there is, then this Polish Pavilion designed by architects Wojciech Kakowski, Natalia Paszkowska, and Marcin Mostafa for Shanghai's World Expo in 2010 would top the list.
Rem Koolhaas, Steven Holl, Herzog and De Meuron, Yung-Ho Chang, etc etc all have their projects in Beijing. I'm thrilled to see China to be home of so many brilliant architectural wonders!
