Luke Stephenson on 20x200.

I'm SUCH a fan of his bird photos. If you like these, get over to 20x200 ASAP before they sell out. (I bought his Yellow Canary photo, which sold out in about 10 minutes.)

Starry Peacock by Hadley Hutton.

A gorgeous print for a good cause (Doctors Without Borders).

This is a digital archival print on 192 gsm archival paper. Each print was signed and numbered by the artist.

I have been a long-time supporter of Doctors Without Borders, and I am happy to continue supporting their efforts to bring quality medical care to people in crisis - regardless of class, race, religion, or political affiliation. The peacock is considered a bird of protection and safeguarding, so I paired the peacock print with Doctors Without Borders, an organization which protects and nurtures people.

Iannone Design Tall Dresser.

If someone wants to buy this really, really expensive dresser for me, I'm okay with that.

Just sayin'.

Seedy birdhouses.

An expensive novelty at $700 a pop, but they made me smile.

'Duck Man' catches five ducklings before they crash to earth.

Two or three times every year, Joel Armstrong will look out his bank office window nervously, waiting for the sign. When he hears a mother duck quacking from the ground, he'll rush outside and start catching newborn chicks from the air, as they tumble one after another from their nest above.– Mental Floss

Music by birds.

Yes, I'm late to the game on this one. But, in case anyone else is, too, I'm posting it.

Reading a newspaper, I saw a picture of birds on the electric wires. I cut out the photo and decided to make a song, using the exact location of the birds as notes (no Photoshop edit). I knew it wasn't the most original idea in the universe. I was just curious to hear what melody the birds were creating.

I sent the music to the photographer, Paulo Pinto, who I Googled on the internet. He told his editor, who told a reporter and the story ended up as an interview in the very same newspaper.

Here I've posted a short video made with the photo, the music and the score (composed by the birds).

Decor-A-Boards.

A little cutesy, but sweet.

Ready-to-hang Pop Ink Decor-a-Boards are made out of birch veneer over MDF board, manufactured with recycled wood scraps and unused portions of lumbered trees. Small variations in the woodgrain finish are an invetible and charming part of this product, naturally.

Nathalia Ponomareva's origami tea bags.

Normally, I try to track back to the original source, but this thing is flying around the interwebs too fast. Based on how viral the reaction is, someone really needs to produce this prototype for retail pronto.

Bird Bread bread board.

This is so sweet. Eat your bread, then place this on the window sill to let the birds enjoy the crumbs.

Eva Solo Nesting Bird Box.

Aww. I'd love to get this for my neighborhood boids.

The Nesting Box is made of white-glazed terra cotta and black plastic, which protects the little home from wind and rain. This combination also means that the bird box reflects heat, protecting the chicks from overheating at the height of summer.

Diamantini & Domeniconi Striped Cuckoo Clock.

I would like one of these. So birdy and stripey and happy.

Designed in Italy from the famous clock manufacturers Diamantini and Domeniconi this is their latest design Cuckoo Clock. The Cuckoo Clock is hand made using coloured resin in fabulous stripes. It reminds me of the Paul Smith stripe design.

Oooms Solar Birdhouse.

My favorite part of having a blog is getting comments, especially tips about products I might like to check out. I got a tip from Guido Ooms about his company's Solar Birdhouses. So sweet.
