I have a strange fascination with collectors' plates, so this tickles me.

BeatUpCreations.

I've posted about this shop before, but I've got to give a personal shout out to Ms. Angela over at BeatUpCreations.

I've ordered from her Etsy shop twice now. The first time was to buy pressies for my hosts on my recent trip to England. This time, I placed a custom order for this plate. (I gave the others away and couldn't stand it - I finally had to have my own.)

Angela, you're a recycling rockstar.

Sesame Letterpress Harvest Entertaining Platters.

I love the old school-yness of these new platters and plates at West Elm. (Especially the turkey, which reminds me of every Thanksgiving at home while I was growing up.)

Tie Tea Cup.

This is a lovely little design. Practical and pretty.

p.s. Top tip: Don't leave your teabag in your tea whilst drinking it. Oversteeping makes it bitter and ruins your lovely tea.

Tie Tea solves the eternal problem of fishing around for that tea bag that's inevitably fallen into your cup.

Simply tie your teabag to the tab and you're all set. Designed like a boat dock cleat - your tea bag wont go floating away!

Bobble water bottle.

bobble is a stylish, patented reusable, water bottle that filters water as you drink. Bobble's filter removes chlorine and contaminants from municipal tap water giving you the experience of drinking crisp, clean portable, filtered water that has a cleaner, crisper taste and meets NSF International Standard 42 (the standard that governs public and private drinking water). bobble is made from recycled plastic and is free of BPA, Phthalates and PVC. A single bobble filter equates to at least 300 water bottles, which helps the environment more than a single-serve bottled water and without incurring the significant costs – environmental and monetary – associated with plastic water bottles.

Tiny little serving trees.

How cute are these?? These tiny trees by Stéphanie Marin appear to just be prototypes. I hope they go into production. I'd LOVE one.

Tiny forest in raw natural wood, Party dishes in beech.
Small eating tree or bush to eat what you like.
It’s spring time now, and happiness of picking.

I love Jim's Pancakes.

My name is Jim and I like to make pancakes for my Daughter, Allison. She seems to like them, but, being 3, I don’t think she really cares too much.

My dad used to make me really fun shaped pancakes like “The Moon,” “Lightbulb,” and “Balloon” so I guess I can credit his genius.

Hope you enjoy the pancakes.

–Jim

Moka Express silkscreen print

I love this print. And really I love artists who make their art fit in Ikea frames. It's very practical and thoughtful.

Hand screen printed with a water based ink in bright red on 300g top quality white paper. Size of the paper is 20 inches x 30 inches (50cm x 70cm). The size of the design is approx. 40cm x 30cm.

The paper is quite a standard size and will fit into Ikea’s RIBA frames perfectly. Shipped in a protective sleeve and mailer tube.

Note: Print only, frame not provided.

Blue Carrot Shop.

This is SUCH a cute, fun little vintage store. I've already added it to my side links, and I'll be keeping an eye on its twitter feed for store updates...

I mean, look at this marquee image. How can you resist poking around?

Many thanks to Alexandra, Blue Carrot's owner/shopkeeper, for giving me a heads up on her fab store. :)

TileTats.

If I had a tiled kitchen, I'd be all over these. An easy, fairly inexpensive way to dress up your tiles. (p.s. I want that radio.)

SmartSpace Food Dispenser.

Ooh. I'd love one of these. (Not sure about the plastic knobs, though.)

By securing the dispenser to the wall, you can create additional storage without having it getting in the way on the countertops. Plus, the dry foods inside are now easily accessible with just a twist of the handle. Only one twist dispenses 1 ounce of product perfectly portion-controlled every time! The included measuring cup that fits on each canister makes it easy to work the wall-mounted SmartSpace Dispenser into your cooking routine. This dispenser is a space-efficient accessory for every kitchen.

Nathalia Ponomareva's origami tea bags.

Normally, I try to track back to the original source, but this thing is flying around the interwebs too fast. Based on how viral the reaction is, someone really needs to produce this prototype for retail pronto.
